Hi, I’m Angela.

Hi, I’m Angela, a Licensed Associate Professional Counselor (LAPC) based in Philadelphia, PA. I provide therapy that’s inclusive, affirming, and tailored to your unique experiences. My goal is to create a space where you feel seen, heard, and supported, whether you’re navigating life transitions, mental health challenges, career decisions, or relationship concerns.

I take an integrative approach, blending Emotion-Focused Therapy, Strength-Based Therapy, Person-Centered Therapy, and Adlerian Therapy, while also incorporating practical strategies from DBT, REBT, and Solution-Focused Therapy. My work is goal-oriented, drawing on Adlerian principles to help clients gain clarity, confidence, and direction in their lives.

I love working with children and teens because I’m a child at heart, and I enjoy bringing playful, creative energy to sessions while supporting emotional growth. I also have experience working with older adults, having spent years in homecare learning to honor life experience with patience and respect. I support adults across a variety of experiences, including neurodivergent clients and LGBTQIA+ individuals, and I help people explore career goals, clarify their strengths, and create actionable plans for professional growth.

Beyond my professional experience, I focus on making therapy approachable, interactive, and personalized. I often incorporate creative tools like therapeutic games, visual aids, and structured exercises to make sessions meaningful and engaging. My goal is always to provide a space where clients can grow, reflect, and move forward at their own pace.

When I’m not in session, you’ll probably find me gaming, playing card games or board games, exploring creative hobbies, or desperately trying to keep my ever-growing plant collection alive. I bring curiosity, humor, and warmth to everything I do, especially therapy, and I’m excited to meet clients ready to take the next step in their journey.
